Field & Flow began in the spring of 2019 with a simple "let's give this a try" retreat, and the vision quickly took off. Field & Flow has experienced significant growth and success since its inception in 2019 and by the fall of 2023, there had been 14 retreats, featuring instruction from some of the nation’s most sought-after instructors.

In 2024, the retreats were paused for a director's sabbatical, but they are set to return in the fall of 2025 with exciting new location and an incredible lineup of instructors.
